1. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Products must be returned with original tags, packaging, and boxes intact.
- Items should be unused and unworn in the same condition you received them.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the above conditions are met.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
- Manufacturing defects such as stitching problems, fabric issues, or damages.
- Size issues, if the product does not fit as expected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, underwear items such as bras, panties, and lingerie can only be returned or exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect. No returns or exchanges for these items due to hygiene and safety.
4. How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can call us at +971 54 214 2093 or email info@hifidesignuae.com.
- Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the items.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send the exchanged product within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
6. Exchange Shipping
- For exchanges, we will cover shipping costs within Ajman and Sharjah. For other areas, standard delivery charges apply as per our delivery policy.
